I paid 2,665.00 to have my vehicle shipped from Alaska to South Carolina. I dropped it off on October 7, 2011. When I hadn't heard anything from the company and the tracking part of the website was broken, I called them myself at the begining of November. I always talked to Tony who always told me that they had someone picking up the vehicle. I was told in mid November that it had been picked up and it would be delivered in about 7-9 days. December comes around and after calling everyday 2-4 times a day and getting the same runaround from Tony, he rushes me off the phone saying he was trying to get someone to pick it up. What? I was told for weeks that it had been picked up and was on the way. I would call everyday and get the same runaround. I asked to speak to a manager and was told his name was Tony and when I asked the person what his name was he said he was John. I called back numerous times to talk to Tony and each time I was told he wasn't there, he was doing something and would be in later. On a hunch I got someone else to call and guess what Tony was not only there, he was the one I had been talking to and he was the one telling me he was someone else. So, I finally asked where they could get my truck that I can actually pick it up and finally worked something out. I told Tony that if he had just told me when I made the arraingments in October that he couldn't get it to the address I provided, all of this could have been avoided. Mid December, I FINALLY get my vehicle. I have been calling everyday to try to get a corporate number and have been told that they don't talk to customers. I was told to send and email and they would forward it to corporate because I wanted a refund. I did that and got a short email response saying someone would be in touch within 7-10 business days. Well, that time has passed and I get the same runaround. I keep getting told that they were so out of pocket from my vehicle that I would not get a refund. The out of pocket cost is Tony's fault for not being honest from the begining. I am not satisfied at all with how anything was handled by this company or Tony. Please, if you want honesty and your vehicle in a resonable amount of time DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

WE WERE EXPERIENCING INDUSTRY WIDE DELAYS ON THIS ROUTE. WE SPENT AN EXTRA $1000 OUT OF OUR COMPANY POCKET EXPEDITING THIS ORDER.
